But Rage Against the Machine is a close second. I love Zach's lyrics. But of course, Thom transcends my soul and puts me at ease...
I am so in love with "In Rainbows" right now. I love both albums...

Dave Matthews Band
their messages are amazing!Led Zeppelin
I like how deep the lyrics get, and i like listening to the rockin music to set the mood of it all ["What's the point" "Oh Yeah" FTW]Red Hot Chili Peppers
I would have to say the beatles because they inspired me to teach myself piano. 'Hey Jude' was the first song i ever learned. I just love their music and think they were legit musicians. I love Article A too! I saw you opening for the Jonas Brothers in Ocean Grove last summer and have been a big fan ever sinse. :DThe Beatles
Because they are so beautiful and inspirational, and they make beautiful music. :DRed Hot Chili Peppers
love red hot chili peppers!! and i love ur music! though i already have a poster of u guys i would looove another one! jk i dont care but i would love one!U2
U2 is an amazing band with an amazing singer. They have always been one of my favorite artists. Their songs have meanind to them and bono has to be one of my favorite celeberties out there. He has a heart for people and is still searching.Foo Fighters
there more but i just picked foo fightersLed Zeppelin
led zeppelin dude.. all the wayi like a lot of these bands listed but they're prob the best out of 'em all
The Beatles
I think the Beetles are awesome because they always did what they wanted to do. Their songs and lyrics and styles were what made them happy and a successful band. Through all the descrimination they faced because of their "edgy song lyrics" they always stayed true to who they are. They were deffinately one an amazing group of people.U2
ummm yeah... U2 rules. Article A rocks. Chris, you need to work on that song I suggested on Gary's recording :)Foo Fighters
Foo Fighters is a great band. You guys are the best though. Find a Way will always be a favorite of mine. LOVE YOUUU!!!!The Beatles
I love Article A and I love the beatles almost as much. But Article A wins by far. My friend made a shirt for me of you and its awesome. I think you guys would like it too. Love all of you guys! The Beatles
the beatles are amazing. they have about 13 years of histroy and have are loved around the world. they're my favorite band of all time.Foo Fighters
Because of the bands listed, this is the best band who comes from the same genre and could be understandably called an 'influence.' Not to say that the guys don't listen to the other bands, but this is my favorite which could convincingly list as an influence.Foo Fighters
I vote foo fighters because there amazing and they make serious and funny music videos. they love to laugh at them selves and i love it. oh and cuz there my third fave band (ARTICLE A is #1 of course!)The Beatles
the beatles are the bestThe Beatles
This is the only band I can think of they everyone wishes they were like, but just winds of ripping them off.Red Hot Chili Peppers
Red Hot Chili Peppers have incredible music, the best being higher ground. Article A is better though =)The Beatles
The beatles are so unbelievable! they're the perfect band to have as an influence because they were so creative and talented. theyre out of this worldFoo Fighters
Oh ya and except for the the Beatles and the Police with Led Zep picking up the rear I am intro to it for the pure emotion. For me it has got to be realRed Hot Chili Peppers
Red Hot Chili Peppers all the way. They have so many big hits that itas crazy and they've definetly been my biggest influenceThe Beatles
Well, The Beatles out of those. But come on, if we're talking about New Jersey here we must mention My Chemical Romance....The Beatles
I LOVE THE BEATLES. It makes me sad to think they are old and some dead. No more amazing music. The Police
I love the police because I think they have really good music and sometimes I just jump when I hear their songs. But I also love all these bands, its hard to choose one because so many have influenced me with thier music which has encouraged me to write my own music, and hopefully one day I will be heard. But if I had to choose it would be the police, even though its so hard to choose between these great bands.Red Hot Chili Peppers
i've been into rock for about... hmmmm... 4 years.. no one i really knew listened to anything but R&B, hip hop and that junk.. the mix between funk and rock was great!!! Slipknot is the one that has the most that isn't on the list!!U2
moderated...Dave Matthews Band
At the top is DMB but that is not because of a lack of trying. I just have spent more hours listening to DMB than the rest, but what a great collection of influences. Combined they all represent years of my life, listening. The Police
I loved the police when I was 16. I still listen to them on my IPOD. I also was into U2. The red hot chili peppers was one of my favorit bands in my early twentys. I went to 7 concerts lots of good times.Led Zeppelin
The Doors, Floyd, Zep, Trower...For me their music takes me to another place. I am differently old school. The best music ever made...nothing comes even close today.None of the above
Only because I can not choose just one! Each of them have their own place in music history. Each has their own unique sound. I've grown and changed with all of the bands... from listening to my step-father's old Beatles and Zeppelin albums to listening to RHCP and Foo Fighter CDs. So, I can not pick just one that has influenced me more. The Beatles
Set the start of changing popular rock .U2
I love U2 their music has been in my life since The Joshua Tree. They are such a great band.Led Zeppelin
I grew up with their music. One of the major groups I listened to in my teens and early twentys.Led Zeppelin
moderated...None of the above
Beach Boys and Jan & DeanPaul Revere & Raiders
U2
This was hard, it was between U2 and Red Hot Chili Peppers, but I had to go with U2 as I have seen them in concert:) I used to love their music. I still listen, but I wish pop culture would stay away from politics:)U2
I use to love U2 but I hate them now due to their political crap. I hate it when Hollywood gets involved in stuff they know nothing about just cause they have a microphone. Shut up and sing. The Beatles
Each of these bands are great, and have had some influence on me... the Beatles have generated the most hits from their list, and have inspired me to do greater and better things... Knowing they aren't tech. an American band builds on their greatness... Each song has an important meaning in my life from Elenor Rigby to The Yellow Submarine... each one is just as good as the next, and their leadership is inspiring...Radiohead
But Rage Against the Machine is a close second. I love Zach's lyrics. But of course, Thom transcends my soul and puts me at ease...I am so in love with "In Rainbows" right now. I love both albums...
The Beatles
I saw the Beatles in concert in Dallas Texas....
