    Its so damn hard to choose! I love Nirvana and Placebo but i also love Interpol and the 80s and generally the oldies..

    P.S :Are Nirvana alternative??? Wth? They are grunge!

    Classic Rock (70's)

    Doors, Led Zeppelin, Sabbath, Deep Purple, Hendrix, Joplin, seventies had the best rock. I hate emo because it's watered down rip off of goth, and nu metal is fuckin horrible. The rest of the options were pretty good. Although i would classify bands like N.I.N. and Ministry as industrial wich is my 2nd fave rock genre.

    My favorite is 50s rock like cash and Elvis and Fats domino.Followed
    by jazz rock like the Doors.I also like some metal and some hair
    band songs.I really like Metallica.The Doors are the ultimate to
    me in rock synesthesia trips.Elvis was more about emotion.

    Rock 'n Roll (60's)

    There's nothing in the music world that comes close to the 60's & 70's Eras. Those were the days, my friends ... when Life was much less complicated, more vibrant, and when people seemed to care beyond their own personal problems, and helped their neighbors in times of need.

    The wild, raw, untamed music of the 60's evolved into metally screeching noise, angry words, and disharmonic sounds that denigrate certain sects of our society. I'm personally not impressed with the crap that comes out today, as a general rule. Some of it is positive and upbeat and has true meaning ... but much of it is just as bad as the pollution in the air we breathe or the pesticides, hormones, or antibiotics in the foods we eat ... toxic.
