Les Mis is definitely my favorite. I've got the soundtrack. Hurray. I haven't seen it live, but I nearly threw up my heart when I saw the DVD of it.

Live is a MILLION times better. I went in 10th grade for a field trip for my choir class. It was amazing. I couldn't tear my eyes away

I love Les Mis, it's a production I would have no problem being in for the rest of my life, haha. As it stands, I just got 11 rehearsals and 4 shows... but it was well worth it.

Oh, no, that's finished, August 2008, haha. I'd do it all over again if I could. That was the production that made me realise I could totally spend my life working in theatre.

Haha, thanks. And to be honest, I think I did. It's one of the few shows I've done where I don't wince every two seconds while watching the DVD.

And best costumes too! For once I was comfortable, haha.

    Aw, thanks, love!

Oh, totally, haha. I've got a bunch of Les Mis photos in my media here, if you're ever interested, haha. I do quite like being in costume, even the slightly uncomfortable ones... it just makes me feel so in character. First dress rehearsal is the best part of theatre productions, because you finally really just ARE your character.

Fantine; at that time I in know way had the range for Cosette (too high). Definitely my dream role, though, Fantine. She's just such an amazing character... and I got to be her ;P

Yup, Cosette's mum. It was nice, about half of act one is devoted to her life, haha. Then she dies and comes back for the epilogue with the rest of the dead cast, haha. I had a lot of time to sit backstage and read.

Even so she was a great character. I enjoyed her and was really sad when she died. Though my favorite characters are always Éponine (I chose that as my name for French class) and Mr. and Mrs. Thénardier. After all, you always need some comedy in such a depressing play.

Oh yes! I love the Thénardiers. Mind, in the book? They're so much more sinister. The book's also loads more depressing, if you can believe that, haha.
