Firstly, I'd like to apologise, it sort of sounds like crap... and I was too lazy to grab my guitar, as stated. Secondly, I'm not wearing any make-up and my hair's a mess so I look a bit... ill. This was Friday, so I'm partially in costume for a recital I had to sing that night, but had yet to do the hair and make-up and the like... anyhow, I was bored, trying to warm up my voice to practice... the rhythm's a bit off... sorry...and here it is:

Well, lets see. What do i say to this? I am almost at a loss for words. I am somewhere in between having a raging hard on and developing a 7th grader style crush from this performance.

And yes, I wrote it, but don't expect more, haha. I wrote it 3-ish years ago, and song-writing isn't my forte. I'm not much of a poet, haha.

I suppose it's not shitty, exactly, but it's rather juvenile. Still, it's been so long since I've written a song, maybe now I'd be better, haha. This was from 3/4 years ago... the song, not the video.

You should write one! When you look at all of the songs/poems from teens and young adults, yours would probably be on the top of the scale ;) I think my friends would be too. I'm a good reader/writer, but she's amazing at poetry, whereas I'm more at the Dr Suess level, lol. She wrote a beautiful poem that I thought was about true love, but then she told me it was about being high on pot.....that was a little weird...

That's the thing, I've never been much of a poet, I usually stick to prose, so song-writing is not my forte. Haha, we'll see... but I think I'll leave the song-writing to my best mate, that's more his thing. I'll sing when he needs me, but that's it, haha.

And that makes me laugh, the poem about weed. Teehee, an ode to being stoned!

And Ben, my best mate, he writes stoned, he records stoned, he edits stoned... and his work is fantastic. It's very bizarre. But whatever stimulates creativity, I suppose.

Huh, that's sort of weird. I guess whatever works for him....

People say pot is bad, and I think it is if you use it too much, and I would certainly never ever ever use it, but if you just do it every once in a while, I think that it's not that bad. Of course as I have no personal expierience.....I can't really say anything. I've heard that cigarrettes are much worse though...

...and I just made him sound like a total pot-head. He's really not, but it helps distress him, and I suppose it must also stimulate creativity.... but he's not stoned every hour of every day, haha.

Heheh, you kind of did make him sound like a pot-head, lol. But maybe I did too....Yeah my friend usually only gets stoned once every couple weeks. I think that as long as someone knows the consequences of smoking it, and that they're more likely to do stupid things while they're stoned......or drunk for that matter. I have no idea how bad pot is for you, but from what I've heard, drinking and smoking are worse.
