Paul Biedermann defeated Michael Phelps' world record in what the press are calling Michael Phelps' biggest loss in four years. However, Biedermann was wearing the Arena X-Glide, a high-tech body suit that Bierdermann admits shaves 2 seconds off his 400 free performance.
Judges claim that the Arena X-Glide is substantially more advanced than Phelps' Speedo LZR Racer. The Arena X-Glide may be banned from swimming races in 2010, when high-tech body suits will be banned from swimming meets.
Do you think Phelps' defeat should be reconsidered because of Paul Bierdermann's Arena X-Glide?

Yes, the Arena X-Glide gave Bierdermann an unfair advantage...
Yes, the Arena X-Glide gave Bierdermann an unfair advantage...
Keeps the competition on the same footing...now...and with standing records,
Then when they break a record...it would be on the same merits.

I think Paul Bierdermann's Arena X-Glide...
But I also think the playing field should be equal for all participants. I see nothing wrong with just having a uniform type of swimsuit across the board.
But I don't get all sweaty ,and hyperventilate about it either way.
