Michael Phelps is endorsing H20 Audio's line of waterproof headphones and mp3s. Phelps, the 14-time gold medal winner who recently came off a three-month suspension from USA Swimming, and who lost sponsorship from Kellogg's after a photo of him smoking weed from a bong leaked.

The length of Michael Phelps' partnership with H20 Audio has not be disclosed, but H20 Audio sells in such retail stores as Apple, Best Buy, and Target.

Since Michael Phelps was caught smoking weed through a bond, should Phelps be allowed to endorse H20 Audio?

Michael Phelps is an amazing athlete, the best athlete the world has ever seen. He made a mistake, but he is sorry for it. Have you seen some of the other celebrities? Everyone makes mistakes, his was just public. At least he stopped, some people can only stop when they are dead.

He cannot be to terribly smart so whatever he endorses won't care about his IQ or habits. He could endorse High Times Magazine though.

One mistake shouldn't make someone a bad person. He isn't a pot head, he did it once. It isn't fair that someone is always following him, he never gets privacy. He stopped smoking and he payed the price for his actions. He shouldn't have to pay anymore.

He is human, he makes mistakes like the rest of us. Yes, he should be responsible for his actions, but why do we have to act like he is a horrible person now?

Also, there is no PROOF that he was actually smoking weed, (Yes, I know, he more than likely was), but we can't prove it. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
