Michael Jackson, King of Pop, Dead at 50

- Michael Jackson, the self-anointed "King of Pop" who revolutionized music but whose legacy was marred by allegations of child molestation and bizarre behavior, died after suffering cardiac arrest Thursday. He was 50 years old.

The Los Angeles Fire Department was called to Jackson's residence at 12:26 p.m. P.T., according to the Los Angeles Times. The paper reported that paramedics performed CPR on Jackson, who was not breathing when they arrived at his home. ... Read full article »

What a shock! No matter what his scandals were in his life, his music was and always will be what he should be remembered for. He will finally be at peace. Like him or hate him, he was an icon in the music industry.

How old are you anyway. You sound about five you cannot even construct a sentence. Grow up and shut up until you can talk and know what you are talking about.

you have a point, but still. why else would he let them sleep in his bed?

i think...no, it's pretty obvious that he was messed up in the head. i think that he wanted to offer those boys what he never had. a father...someone to really love them. i think he was naive. he still acted like a kid even as a man. but, whether he did anything to those kids or not, he was still a musical genius.

I feel the worst for his family and friends who knew him, were close to him, stood by him. This has to be a huge and sudden loss for them. He had just passed an almost 5 hours physical required for the tour. Someone was always suing him or accusing him right up to the end. Fame isn't all it's cracked up to be. Rest in peace is definitely a kind wish. 5 physical required tour suing accusing fame cracked rest peace

I feel so sorry MJ passed away so suddenly. He was and is the best. What I notice, the best was not born rich.

This is why, we all need to realize reality.

The reality of it is that we are all appointed a time to leave this life, as we know it; and none of us know the exact day or hour of our departure.

The things of this world, no longer matter to Michael Jackson. And when it is our turn to leave, they will not matter to us either. We need to live our lives in reality and not circle our lives around the things that just do not matter.

What is most important is to know where you will go after this life. That is what is forever!

Salvation is by and through, only One, Jesus Christ, Lord God Almighty, the Risen Son of God. He is both fully God and fully man. He, Jesus Christ, came down here in the form of a man and took the sins of the world on Him and died for payment of our sins. He rose on the third day. Later he ascended up into heaven and sits at the right hand of the Father. To all those who believe on Him, Jesus Christ, have eternal life, everlasting.

Any religion that adds or subtracts from this simple truth of the Gospel, is wrong and will not lead to salvation. However, God can save a soul, anywhere, despite what that person's religion says. We are then called to come out and be separate from the rest and together with each other.

For example, a church cannot save you. If a church says that you must go through that church, in order to get to Jesus, get out of that church. They are adding to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The simple truth is, believe on Jesus Christ, Lord God Almighty, the risen Savior!
