Most of the above.. I talk to people that know what is going on, and what happened, I focus on things that make me happy, and i use that feeling good to forget the pain.

One thing that has helped me, is remembering the good times, and letting the bad times go... While some may argue that doing this will keep you from really moving on, they are my memories, and they make me feel good... and feeling good overpowers the bad, and helps to move forward...

another thing to remember, when trying to move on, is to know yourself, and know how you feel, cause what you feel is what you;re thinking about....
If you're thinking about holding on, and you are feeling rotten, you will continue to feel rotten...
so, when you're feeling bad, and having a hard time letting go, stop for a minute, and try to think of something that makes you happy, the bad feelings go away, and you're able to focus on what's important...
