I listened to ignorance now im gonna listen to the whole CD!

This was the exact thing I wrote as a response and ended up sending to them:


"I wasn't expecting anything great from Brand New Eyes... but I was still disappointed.

Almost all of the guitars and bass lines sounded simplistic.

The vocals were either a) strained to the point where it sounded like it hurt, or b) were so mundane, even Hayley sounded bored.

The majority of the backing vocals didn't mesh, and just sounded off.

A lot of people have been saying it sounds a lot more mature... and I agree... on the drumming. The drumming sounds amazing. Nice job, Zac. =] But the vocals just sounded like Hayley was trying to sound like something that she's not, and it sounds bad. She goes back and forth between the mature, strained sound to an immature, bored sound.

The songs aren't unique at all, and are easily forgettable.

Oh! And one last thing.

Hayley. If you're going to do anything resembling a vocal run, make sure it goes somewhere. You can't just go up and have that be it. You have to do something with it."

If you hate Paramore so much don't listen to their music anymore, and don't look up these questions and posting these mean comments cause you are obviously not gonna change the peoples minds who do like them

Yes, I could just say that, but to just say that would give no reasons as to why I don't like them. If I don't like someone or something, I'll explain why.

And if I was 'being mean' I would have said something actually rude, by insulting their looks, for example.

I wasn't being rude at all. Had I been rude it would have sounded something like: "Dude, Paramore's album fucking sucked so hard. The vocals were boring as hell, and sounded like she was forcing her already shitty voice to sound shittier." But did I say that? No. I was civil.

I don't care if anyone cares what I think. If I did, I wouldn't even be on SodaHead.

I can play guitar, keyboards, percussion, and sing. No, I can't do better than Zac, but as for the others, especially vocals, I could.

colbie caillat is an amazing singer, she is one of my singers for sure , and she discovered because of youtube, so if someone has truly amazing talent then they will be discovered eventually
