Fifth wrong side surgery in 2 years in our R.I. Hospital,they are the ones who wanted to operate on my broken wrist last year...glad I said NO !!!

OMG! I had surgery not too long ago, but at an outpatient clinic rather than in the hospital. They told me to put an X on the limb being operated on. That's how certain they wanted to be (and they had all of the surgical stuff set up before the knocked me out.)
