I have family that has served over seas in many different places. Yes there are some good people but they are very few and far between.

Oh, yes, and there is a great deal of respect for women in the Christian religions, that is why women are allowed to be priests and can be elected Pope in the catholic religion. That is why women, in the words of the King James version of the Bible states clearly, should be subservient to their husbands? Is that why there are no Christian women raped, beaten and made to prostitute themselves for money? IS that why there have been laws passed recently by your Compassionate Republican Party making women who are single parents automatic child abusers?

Thanks we are are right on this,my son was 101st in Iraq he saw women beaten in public it didnt even turn heads among those in the marketplace,its a common occurence,my son has no reason to lie nor would he.......

I can sincerely say, with all honesty, I do not. However, I believe that there is a significant contingent of Muslims, mainly living in certain middle eastern countries, who hate me very much, without knowing anything about me whatsoever. I find this disappointing as well.

Hi skroehr, They (the dangerous factions), are either brainwashed or following the direction of a cleric or tribal leader. Sometimes our foriegn policies and intervention doesn't help.

I hate only ignorance and bigotry. Americans as a whole a very kind, loving people in spite of the despicable and evil actions of their elected officials and appointed clergy of all sorts. In the same manner I consider that those of other countries and other religions are good, kind loving people in general in spite of the actions of their government and holy men/women.
