    Well he left on his own - he was not thrown off, at least that was what he said at the time - not sure what kind of Justice you are talking about. He posted a poll that he was leaving. If he wants to come back, I expect it is up to him if leaving was his decision. If not, it is up to the people who own SH. If one violates TOS, they get thrown off - if he did that, oh well.

    No, he was definitely booted out. I am in contact with him on occasion. He did leave once on his own to concentrate on other matters, but did not deactivate. He came back after a time and then was deactivated by Sodahead and was forbidden to return. It was not for a violation of the TOS.

    As my friend who has the top opinion on this poll says, there are individuals that have violated those terms and are still permitted on the site.

    Oh, I only saw his post that he was leaving. This is a privately owned site and they make the rules - he was booted for a reason. If he wants to return, he should take it up with the owners.

    Well i don't know what he's done wrong, or who he has upset...i'm not sure if he knows himself, but some of the greatest characters are no longer here, and some of the cr@p should be taken down. Not much justice here Veritas. I say bring him back and let the sun shine in BF.

    WOW have I got a list for you to bring back some of the greats that Shead has thrown off of here!! LOL But I do understand why you are fighting for for ARRGGH.. there is no reason to kick him off of Shead. He is missed and his love for music is missed too. I hope this works.

    I've never understood, why AARGH! has such trouble with the SH 'hierarchy'. I've never seen him say anything offensive enough to be kicked off of SH.
    Some may recall. that it was AARGH! who did an experiment, to see if raving a question enough would keep it on the front page; it did. I raved this one........
