It would be too expensive. While living in TX my X had our family dog. When he was not home my daughter and I went to his apartment. She lifted our huge Sheppard on her shoulders over his balcony. The dog was so happy to see us she ran right into our car. When we got home police came knocking on our door. They asked if I had the dog, told them they had no search warrant. The dog growled, the police left.
