Just the other day, we told you about the pizza vending machines that are coming to the U.S. Today, we have slightly sillier pizza news: at least one "very rich person" is willing to spend $450 on a pie!

The pizza, called C6, was created by Nader Hatami, owner and founder of Steveston Pizza Co. in Canada. It features lobster thermidor and black Alaska cod, with a side of Russian Osetra caviar, The Province reports.
While Hatami has only sold one C6, he has sold seven C5s at $120 a pop: This pie is made with roasted garlic, Icelandic scampi, smoked steelhead and lobster ratatouille. "I never thought I’d sell so many," Hatami told The Province. "The idea was to make a culinary statement." Assuming you're part of the 99 percent, most of Hatmai's pies start at $14. Would you ever spend $450 on a pizza?

On a less sarcastic note: Pizza does not make the population 'obese' as I've seen below. It's a baked bread (not fried) with cheese and tomato sauce. Next you'll be saying salad makes people 'obese' too. Know what does cause obesity? Lifestyle and excessive over-eating....possibly a thyroid issue. Put that on your pizza and bake it.
Was unsure why Sodahead was asking me such a precise amount for pizza in general...
And the toppings sound GROSS.
I think it is like caviar, might be gross but since some rich folks made it popular, folks eat it. YUCKY.
