NEWS.YAHOO.COM reports:
Using what appears to be a business plan inspired by the movie "Spaceballs," Kirill Rudenko, a Prague-based photographer, is selling "canned air" from Paris, New York and other major cities for $9.99 a pop. The 3-and-a-half-inch cans--available through Rudenko's Etsy.com shop--come with wine-like labels that disclose the blend of concentrated air inside.

Lol, c'mon dude. France used to be the greatest military power on Earth. They nearly took over all of Europe, but surrender twice and you're labeled cowards for the rest of history.

    Still funny, though.

Are you thinking of Napolean, who, of course, was not French?

Actually, no. At the start of the first World War France was the most powerful military power on Earth. On top of that, they fought centuries worth of conflicts with Britain.

Fair enough, fair enough. I really only know them from how they have been when anyone has ever needed help and how they have been since the start of WW2.
I think you will find the British did not have a big problem with them, historically.

Is that lack of will as a country, to fight, relatively new?

They even sucked when they, "fought," with a powerhouse, like the German war machine at the start of the second world war. They kept, guess what, surrendering.
I do not mean to take away from individual heroism.

I will give you French aviation in WW1, bit I think that is the best I can do for now. lol

LOL You know, I think you're right. But it's more than showed up at Normandy. They proudly displayed the french flag, though. They just cut off the red and blue sections. Designed that way, ya know.

Sounds like he was French to me...

I never said they were not bullies, he certainly was a bully!
Well, thanks for the info, I thought he was fake French, but he was really French after all.
He was a brilliant military leader, that almost precludes him from being French right there.

Is Corsica still French? Sucks for them.

Well, yes. Get slaughtered, utterly defeated, forced to run and then surrender, I would say they don't look too good. They've met their Waterloo too many times. The there was Agincourt. Henry V killed 10,000 french and lost 24 Englishmen. Maybe not so great.
