I have no issues with old places, hell my hobby is exploring and photographing old abandoned places. My house is kinda rough looking outside at the moment too

No. I would not feel safe entering or leaving a place like that. I wouldn't want my friends/family over in that sort of neighborhood. The entrance is piled with junk. Hell no.

Many of the new apartments have thin walls and flooring. The old buildings
tend to be built better.
