If he had the work experiences and references then I don’t believe he should be treated differently to anyone else. They say people are free to be and do whatever they like yet when someone has piercings and tatts everything changes. Yes, he has them in places that most people do not like but who cares? There’s “normal” people out there who do worse things in their life. It can be to their appearance or to other people in other ways that aren’t apparent. Cosmetic surgery is something I would compare it too. Just cause you don’t look like this doesn’t make you any better. Just cause someone gets surgery to look BETTER doesn’t make it much different to this. I’m pretty sure this dude already has a job… in a tatt shop which is why he can do whatever he wants to himself without being judged. I agree that I probably wouldn’t put him in a job where he is serving customers because people are so narrow minded but his appearance doesn’t mean he can’t do a job. Just like my piercings and visible tatts don’t make me do the job any better or worse.

Only if his job was where he didn't have to be seen. I am fine with all that stuff, but the public could be turned off and not give you business.

Depends on what the job was. If I was producing a play of film and was in need for someone to play a serial killer, then he'd at least get an audition.

depends on how he was like in the interview and his resume. just like any1 els, unless it was a resturant or sumthing as a waiter. no wouldnt want him in custamer service just for business reasons :p

Depends if he can do the job but if he can't that is the only reason he won't get hired not on how he looks.I look like this does it make me a freak I don't think so...

Not a snowballs hope in hell. Any one that would deface themselves that way would have to have mental problems and I don’t want them backfiring on me. Besides he would cost me business.

Depends of what the job was and if he were qualified. I would not, most likely, hire him for a sales position, unless it was inside sales.

Where I live people like this aren't that rare and most don't even give a second glance.

He has limited his self to do just about ever job.

Interestingly enough, every individual I have met who has modified themselves that heavily is self employed and supporting themselves quite well, usually in music or tattooing or some other form of body mod. It's a fully functional subculture in the US, and some of the people are fascinating!

I'm sure they are very fascinating people.
