Sometimes, it seems like people will do anything for a buck.

The first 100 women to show up in nothing but bras, panties and high heels were given $163 gift vouchers at Lakeside Shopping Center in Essex, England, on Sunday, the New York Daily News reports.

As you can you see in the below photo, the publicity stunt worked:

"We loved seeing all our luscious ladies looking gorgeous in their underwear and heels," Kylie Minor, a spokeswoman for the shopping center, told the News.

The gimmick was meant to promote the new spring fashions available at the mall. Desigual, a clothing store in Manhattan, pulled a similar trick last year.

Call us bashful, but a new outfit isn't worth the mortification of walking down the street in our bra and panties!

UNDECIDED. Maybe. Maybe not. I'd be too worried that I'd not be one of the first 100 and would have humiliated myself for no reason. And that might be going a LITTLE too far for my taste anyways.

In some of the more, shall we call them more open minded countries, there ate some businesses which have special sales which are open to anyone who shows up in their birthday suit. Just for that day, it is not regular everyday business.
