Ok, so a fashionista I'm not!! I live in Florida and wear flip-flops 24/7/365.....now on all days the weather does not always cooperate and some days the "tootsies" feel a little cold, so I will don the dreaded socks with my flips until the sun gets up there......I do swear on a stack of bibles tho, the only person/s to see me are my to dogs, Tig and Frank!!!

At a risk to my reputation as a style maven and fashionista, I will admit that I've worn socks with sandals before. I haven't done the old man, dark socks or tube socks with sandals thing, because THAT is a fashion felony. One thing I do that absolutely drives my son crazy as hell is wearing socks with flipflops. I call it the "jailhouse" look. Even if we're only going to a convenience store, my kid win't get out of the car and go inside with me when I'm wearing socks and flipflops. He says he's too embarrassed to be seen with me when I do this. I sometimes do it just to piss him off.

You've picked the ugliest sandals with the ugliest (support hose?) socks that you could find. In reality, there are many sandals and socks that look perfectly fine with long pants; not black knee socks with shorts. Stunning big question, as usual.
