Me and my mom was driving to walmart one time and we saw a bum holding a sign that said "Why lie I need a beer" so we went to walmart and got what we needed and we also bought a twelve pack and drove back to the bum and gave it to him:)

I wouldn't give a bloody bumboy a beer let alone a bum. On the other hand I'd give a nice girl with a nice big bum a beer. A kick up the arse would be more likely for a bum.

I'd probably take them to a bar ! When I moved to L.A. to start my band, I got kicked outta' the rats nest motel I was living in, and BAM ! There I was, standing on Santa Monica Blvd with no place to go, and 1,800 miles away from home... I WAS HOMELESS ! Not a drug addict, not mentally ill, not too lazy to work, just a kid, trying to start a rock band !

And it would be someone like in this picture. You know why? Honesty! Now that's not to say everyone of them that is standing around with that type of sign, but I would on occasion.

If he has troubles and he needs warmth, alcohol is known to help warm the body and ease the mind. Sure, he shouldn't abuse it, but if it was a once in a while thing, I think that I would. Not really my place to judge.

What made me smile a little is he wanted Holy Water too. I would probably give him Holy Water instead :)

I gave a homeless person money for beer once .. just because he said flat out that he wanted money for a beer. His life must suck .. I can not judge .
