If you were given a choice between grade A and grade D meats and seafood, which would you choose?

It's all we were served on cruise. Kind of scarey when the box reads, "suitable for inmates and military only". It did have a completely different taste. Tough, dry, rubbery, and since they cooked it 10 different ways in one week, it didn't make it any better. Just trying to see if people know it even exists. Thanks for coming by!reply - Jaynane 2011/08/08 16:25:51None of the above+2That's one of the perks of being a vegetarian.

+1Tell you what, I almost became a vegitarian when I was on loading those boxes that read "grade D beef, suitable for inmates and military only". I was real close. Yes, we were given lobster tail on cruise, and it just happened to be on my birthday, but OMG!, it had more bounce than a basketball, and had even less flavor. That was our "gourmet" meal on cruise. Then they served the leftovers the next 5 days. YUCK! Needless to say, I was eating a peanut butter sandwhich(because they ran out of jelly) for a while.reply - Kimmel 2011/08/08 16:13:59Grade A+1Don't know what grade D meats are, but it sounds bad.reply

+2Ah, good old "sh*t on the shingle". Ha!reply -
+1LOL! Sh*t on a shingle would've been better! Have the same beef cooked 10 different ways, that was really no good to begin with, for 10 days in a row. By the 3rd day it was like jerky. I was eating peanut butter sandwhiches(because we ran out of jelly) for a couple days. Try eating a salad with no dressing because the fridge went out and the dressing went bad, of course not finding that out till 100 or so people got sick.reply
