Sure I would, I think it would be fun. I would color the pet for the holidays, Green & Red for X-Mass, Orange & Black for Halloween & so on...It wouldn't hurt the dog, not one bit.
Now if I had a German Shepherd, well No, but a White Poodle, well I would have to give it a try. I would probably keep it a light blue, powder blue color usually.
Maybe if we were a family of Circus Performers. But that one dog looks like a Rainbow Lollipop. The other one looks like the offspring of Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch.

I don't think it looks cute or is even appropriate for the animal. Despite it being temporary dye, I still wouldn't degrade my dog by colouring it :P
