They can keep their bags, I don't even like plastic bottles. In fact, given the choice between a coke in plastic or another brand in glass, I'll take the one in glass every time.

I have before. in the philippines, they still have to pay a deposit on bottles, so when you buy a pop, you get it in a plastic bag with a straw in it or you pay extra for the deposit.

I have reservations about drinking anything out of plastic containers since somethings about plastics for food and beverage use have been questioned as safe, but I'd certainly drink from a plastic bag if it meant the difference between immediate survival or not.

I don't really drink coke. Did you know that if youtake one 1 pound steak and stick it in a bowl and pour 1 can of coke in with it in just three days the steak will be gone. That's how much acid is in coke. Not very good for you.
