Would you date and or marry someone of a different race?

I have dated black and oriental. I found that for the most part, they treated women better then my own race.......not always.....but a larger percentage. And I care more about how a person treats you, then what race they are.

I was married to a Korean woman (I'm European), and I dated a black woman for six months. She and I discussed marriage at some point. Skin color doesn't matter to me at all. Ethnicity doesn't much matter either.

It's past time for humans to treat other humans, equally! We are all just people.

I have dated all different races before and would do it again. That just doesn't matter to me.

There is only one race, but you already knew that. There are many ethnic backgrounds, but you already knew that, too... yes, I have dated outside of my ETHNICITY and enjoyed it. There are those who will not because of the following:

-it causes strife amongst close family
-"bi-racial" (which is really bi-ethnic) children are generally unaccepted by either of the parents' ethnic group
-public damnation
etc.

However, I feel like this: be bold in your decision. If you want to stick to your own kind then go right on ahead, but if you want to think outside what's been deemed "normal" by society: date "other".

Definitely! Race doesn't matter as long as there's attraction and/or love. However... I tend to be less attracted to those that are the same race as me.

I once had the opportunity to date a woman of a different race, and I didn't find her attractive, so I said no. We stayed friends, and later I found out that we had so much in common that it probably would have worked out great, but it was too late by then. Oh yeah, thinking back on it, she actually was attractive, but I was real shallow.

Please, don't anyone make this same mistake that I did.

You, know I am not really sure. I guess it has to do with attraction and I have just never been attracted to a different race...I lived in Japan for a while...I did date a Japanese girl....But, date and I knew it would not go any farther.....
