Since I never buy anything there, I would check all the online reviews on their home entertainment systems before buying. I would also do a comparison check (for quality) along with some price checks before even considering it. I don't need one now, though...lol.

I have never trusted Ikea since I found its desks were so shoddy, even though theya re very cheap.

Unfortunately, I'm still singing the same song, "I don't care about pollution, I'm an air condition gypsy... When I'm mobile" Like more and more people these days, enamored of their little screens, I want it pocket size. I wonder how much longer it will be before they come out with the scroll or roll up computers screens. They already have suitable technology. flexible phone screens

Maybe once they've become credible for making HDTVs. Until then, no.

I love the woman in the commercial. She has a charming personality, a delightful accent and appears far more versatile and entertaining than the TV. She can help me hide my wires anytime.

Ikea is overpriced and has boring plain furniture. Besides, I hardly ever watch TV to begin with.

I just got a wicked good deal on a 51" Samsung from Target just up the street from me. Quite accidentally I wandered into the electronics area just after opening on Sunday.
They were introducing a brand new line of Samsung's and had one 51" left to get rid of.
I saw it was marked down to $699(U.S.) and thought, "what a buy"!
So, just for chuckles, I asked the salesperson if he could further discount it since it was the last one.
Well, as it turns out, I got this Samsung 51" for $599. So, thanks for asking man!!

While I don't think it's audio or videophile quality, it would probably be decent. Great for those who used to have 12:00 flashing on their VCR clocks.
