Worst day of my life

yesterday was the worst day of my life. because i found out that i have scoliosis. now, i'm not going to die. i'm not going to feel hardly any pain in the next 8 weeks. but i am going to have a MRI scan, surgery, lots of tiredness, and 4 weeks away from school which means away from friends and tons of homework. also no soccer for a while. as far as i can see is that this means is that i can probably bribe my rents to buy me some stuff but that's it. i'm going to miss my friends, no matter how much they come to visit me, which they promise they will, and i'm going to miss soccer and even some of my teachers. so, as you can see, i have a good reason for saying yesterday was the worst day of my life. i can't go a day not thinking about it. i just wish they would hurry up and do the frickin' surgery already!

Im so sorry for your diagnosis but scoliosis is not life threatning. Its actually very treatable these days - as for changes that might happen - might not - one day at a time is how we must live - It will be just fine Cat - you will be just fine - get a good night sleep and stop worrying - candle lit for you
