I am an active participant :-( -- Estroven seems to help.

It's so aggravating when I have a "hot flush" as I call it -- and my neck and face turn beet red.

think I'll survive...Mr. maggot might not though! LOL. I have the AC on "sub zero" at night and I'm cold in the middle of the day when it's in the mid 90's.
