Miriam Sakewitz was arrested for the second time after stuffing a dozen rabbits in a hotel room. Miriam's first arrest in 2007 occurred when law enforcement found 250 rabbits in disgusting living conditions. After a plea deal, Miriam Skewitz only punishment was a 5 year restriction from having pets. Should animal cruelty be taken more seriously?
