Bad news for guys with two left feet: Women prefer men who can dance to those who can't. In a study from the University of Göttingen, in which 53 women watched two men dancing side by side, "women spent roughly twice as much time looking at good dancers, and also looked at them more often," says study author Bernhard Fink, Ph.D., an anthropologist at U. of Göttingen, according to Men's Health.

The ladies especially appreciated fast bending and twisting movements of the head, neck, torso and knees. And they found the good dancers to be more attractive and more masculine, Fink says. Plus, women see a man who can dance as confident, outgoing, social and conscientious, he adds.

It gets worse: Women see men who can't dance as uptight or neurotic. They are particularly turned off by small or slow movements, and by guys who repeat the same move over and over again.

Am very good! Am originally from Spain, so dancing the traditional dances is very important. Just like in any Latin country. Am an expert at the Flamenco!

Every time someone says "oh but it's easy" they lose me after that sentence. I have accepted I have horrible coordination skills. But I will move my body, won't even call it dancing, when I drink...sometimes. :D

I have been a dancer since I was 3. Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Tapp, Hip Hop and Modern. Since I love to dance it is definitely a HUGE plus if a guy can dance!!

I'm a dancer so yeah, I love when a guy can dance. It isn't a dealbreaker or anything if he can't, I've taught guys how to in the past, I can always do it again. I love going out dancing and it's awesome when your partner does it too. Plus, it's a fun way to keep in shape ;)

I think the only thing that requires lessons is for traditional dances like on "Dancing with the Stars" or maybe something else that requires learning "steps". However, if you can move to music naturally, a person might do something like "Carlton" in the video below.

I don't really care how good a dancer a guy is, so long as he'll get up and do it anyway. I'm not great, but I still love to dance and have fun and want someone who will at least sway side to side next to me, even if he is off beat.
