    It's bad enough bearing a child, but then they'll usually go and do it again. If men had to have children, after the first one, there never would have been another. Ever! By anybody! Word would have gotten around. I mean, I cry if a dump is too large.

    I think it is different from person to person. Some women can handle more pain then men, and some men can handle more pain than women

    Because of my weight, I am in pain most of the time, in various levels. My husband knows this and tries to always find ways to make it hurt less. I have to keep reminding him that it is my life until I loose about 200 more pounds, and that he needs to relax. I don't even tell him most of the time, it would be a waste.

    Now, when he has a headache, just a basic one, not even a migraine, it is like the whole world has to shut down. The last time my world got to shut down, I was in the hospital for it and the doctors where thinking about surgery to correct the issue. After a few days, the pain lessened, the inflammation dropped off, and I went home. I never take all the pain meds given, because I never need it all. An extra day, two tops.

    Unless they're giving birth, what I've read on the subject is that women are more sensitive to pain and temperature.

    actually learned in anatomy class men can handle more pain, but we can tolerate pain for a longer period of time.

    Actually, what I "think" is that the record will indicate that the horrific wounds borne stoically by men dwarf those of women in the hundreds of thousands, probably millions if you look at historical data. I didn't say women hadn't suffered them.
    Bearing unearthly pain by one sex is a myth.

    well... there was one hell of a ridiculous scene... a girl was crying and screaming (she was about 20) that she'll die because of an earring the bf of hers tried to put it on... me, who was 8years younger then told her she wouldnt die pulled my own earring off, put it back on and said she should get a mirror...
