NEW YORK – A buxom 29-year-old New
Jersey woman claims managers at an intimate apparel shop in New York
told her to tape down her breasts, then fired her because she was "too
sexy" for the office.

"It was very shocking, very humiliating," said Lauren Odes, who filed
a complaint against Native Intimates to the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission.

Depends on the requirements for the job, perhaps they were not complied with after she was hired.Sexual harassment lawsuits have caused all kinds of double meanings now in the workplace. These kinds of actions cause "women" to be overlooked in hiring!

There seems to be more to this story I think that either she is looking for a large pay check or the people that employed her were stupid. I would think that both the employer and the former employee would have known cultural norms especially being of the same religious faith she could have at least dressed 'modestly.'

There is a big difference in being sensual and being slutty, perhaps she did not fit in with the company as even a temp. Cut the loss and find someone who fits the vision of the business and it's owners

No.......I mean, unbelievable from the standpoint that, why no one isn't rippin' this freakin' shoat a new one is beyond me. And, what makes this such good theatre is her compassionate representative, the omni-present Gloria Allred! (muppets clap wildly) This is THE best tonic I've had for the almost mid-week work blues I ever could have asked for.
Freakin' Jersey huh? Cut this berg outta the U.S. and float it off shore about a mile. They'll make much more money as the freak show (me) state.

I SO smell an imminent SNL skit coming to a theatre near us.......

she was a TEMP hire ..
they can dismiss that employee when ever they deem the work is done ..
she's not employed by the dress shop ..
This ... is quite .. questionable .. of a lawsuit ..
