Canada is indeed a part of the North American continent, but it is by no means a part of what one nowadays would deem "America" by any etymological standard. And in case you hadn't noticed it's white Americans crossing the border and marrying to obtain medical services, not Hispanics.

What facts? What has been presented here other than mindless conspiration?

I will however refrain from patronizing terms as I'm above that.
