So people don't die anymore. What do you think?

I think the larger problem might become keeping your mind constructively interested in life after a century or two.
1) Life span can be extended by manipulating genome. Identifying and inactivating genes that contribute to aging of tissues will prevent tons of diseases, make us look younger and extend our life.
2) There were tons of experiments where the flesh was connected to electrodes and they worked, so if could turn ourselves into cyborgs or smth, we could also potentially extend our lifespan.
3) Nuclear war can happen that will erase all living creatures from the Earth. In this way there will be no death, since there will simply be nothing alive (nothing that can "die").
It's possible that we may, someday, be able to upload our brains. But, would that really be us? Or would it just be a record of our experiences? Hard to say.

You could well be right.
When I die .... I'm taking the Universe with me! ;)
Besides, humans have limits.
