It's ridiculous. Just another bit of nonsense to add to Bloombergs list. NYC is becoming police state. This has to stop somewhere. Do we ban bakeries? Ice cream? I really do think Bloomberg can find something else to do. This is a big city.
What's next?
Although I lean conservative, you are right that the difference is more what they want to control than the desire to control.
The law was just another worthless, symbolic gesture.
