Will Earth's oxygen supply ever run out?

Due to manufacturering industries that increase everynow and then which increases the percentage of carbondoxide in the atmosphere reducing Oxygen.

Not as long as there are plants. I guess we will just have to wait till the sun supernovas.

Fukashima radiation may be an unknown factor in our future. I am sure that man could be a better steward of mother earth.

Billions of years from now maybe, But one doesn't know how human will progress in the future. one comment is correct tho when the sun turn into a red giant if we as a species haven't advanced to a higher level yes were done for. Also if we keep cutting down the Forest, Since trees are a major source of were our Air comes from.

Do you think the thousands of birds and dolphins that washed up on the beaches of Peru were killed by radiation and if so could said radiation effect the capacities of which you mentioned?

I don't think it's likely unless the intensity is so great lifeforms can't withstand it.

I don't know how likely it is or not, but it is possible; the more rain forest get plow over and the more the oceans get polluted killing Plankton(which supplies most of the world oxygen).

Stay the same is the only answer here. An atom cannot be created or destroyed. At least not in this case. It can bond to other atoms and become a different molecule than what we need to breath, but the oxygen itself won't go anywhere until the sun engulfs the earth or a large enough asteroid hits us to burn it away. Both won't happen for a very long time or are very unlikely.

Matter cannot be destroyed (but can be converted into energy if you want to go there). Atoms can be "destroyed" via methods like ionizing radiation, where it changes the element in alpha and beta radiation.

Sorry, and good to know. I assume by destroying matter you mean a nuclear weapon... so I don't really want to go there and wish no one had.

Uh isn't it like recycled basically? Cause we breathe it in and we let it out? Or is that carbon monoxide? It doesn't matter... none of us will be living to experience this tragic event.. -__-

For humans and many other animals, probably. Not in my lifetime, but if humans "in power" don't recognize the importance of the oceans, and forests, and start caring about the health of our natural environment, humans are going to suffer, eventually, more than they are now.

It'll probably burn off when the sun goes nova but I am not in control of that so I never worry about it.

Well, if we keep chopping down trees, building cars/factories, and if the human race keeps expanding exceedingly fast, we could definitely see a decrease in oxygen levels.

Not really, but the levels of oxygen are never the same.

Eventually, the Earth is going to end (the sun probably being the winner in that), but then everything will be gone. However, the oxygen in the atmosphere probably isn't going to run out before then. We actually get most of out oxygen from tiny organisms at the surface of water rather than the actual plants and trees (or maybe it was 50%?).

There may be a reduction in oxygen in the atmosphere, but that would happen over such a long time we would adapt to it.

Eventually there weill be no free floating oxygen in the earths atmosphere, or no O, O2, O3 etc. molecules on the planet. But that'll be millions or billions of years from now.

But will last longer than we humans will, maybe.
The Earth's increasing surface temperature will accelerate the inorganic CO2 cycle, reducing its concentration to levels lethally low for plants in approximately 500 million years. The lack of vegetation will result in the loss of oxygen in the atmosphere, so animal life will become extinct. We won't have to worry about no food growing, because we won't be able to breathe !
This is an estimate based upon studies 10 years ago. Today that time stamp number is "less" than 500 million years, so why be concerned, won't happen in your or your childrens lifetime ! Let those humans at that time worry about that problem we created for them.
The more we pollute this earth, the hotter it gets, the less time humans have to play.
Don't matter who say's global warming is a hoax, because earths clock is still ticking all during the debates reguardless of what people think. We humans will defend our rights to pollute the earth to save jobs, to save money right up to the point of extincting ourselves, and that wold make us the "only" species that ever did so.
So who is right in the end ?
And why would it even matter ?
More like who was the most ignorant, the people defending polluting, or the people who followed their logic ?
And it won't matter, because we all will be dead, and take any self-righteous indignations with us to the grave.

Never going to happen, oxygen is a renewable resource.

When our sun is low on fuel, and expands to Red Giant phase, it will fry our atmosphere before engulfing the whole planet.

Plants exhale oxygen at night when they aren't photosynthesizing. The bulk of this happens in the Amazon rainforest. But since this rainforest is being constantly cut down, and "wealthy" people don't give a rats' arse, yes oxygen will be depleted.

Plants use up oxygen at night. They don't produce it.
