Do you prefer magazines in print or online?

Here is an idea for magazines on tablets and smart phones: Go fully interactive. A magazine is a magazine, but if you have a tablet, you want to interact with the pages on the mag. Even the advertisements can be interactive.

I tried reading Entertainment Weekly on my tablet but it just wasn't as enjoyable for some reason. I'll just stick with the print.

I've tried reading them online. I love being able to flip back and forth and not have to zoom in and out.

Books are also better than with Kindles, etc. Nothing like a comfy chair, a good book and a rainy day.

Magazines are the best advertisers for products. Magazines make one want to go out and buy products, especially cosmetics, which print makes eye catching. TV commercials only flash at you, get annoying, while pictures tell a thousand words. There is a special feeling holding a paper magazine in your hands, letting your eyes and senses take over.

For me print is much better. I feel the same about newspapers. I do read digital books for the convenience but I would feel cheated without my cup of coffee and the thick Sunday paper.
