- suzie 2008/03/25 07:12:22I don't want to eat blue stuff!+1I can't imagine putting anything blue in my mouth unless I was blindfolded. Remember when they tried to change the colors on Heinz catsup? It was a total flop. No matter what it tastes like you can't get over ths psychological impact of color.reply

- Dave Sawyer ♥ Child of God ♥ 2008/03/25 05:11:23Blue makes it taste better!Actually, it doesn't, but I didn't like the only other option. I once took a date bread recipe, replaced the dates with cherry pie filling, and added blue food coloring. I called it "Blue Bread". It tasted just the same, but nobody else wanted to try it at a pot luck, so I guess they would have liked the other option.

- Ed© 2008/03/25 04:24:17I don't want to eat blue stuff!+1It makes me feel blue...! Good question... I know a lot of times it has to do with how people feel about things that are different colors.. Red makes you hungry and also gives power... However Peptobismal pink makes you feel nauctious... The only blue food I see would be candy... May also have something to deal with mold...? I remember ketchup tried to change the colors on their stuff, and it was a horrendus failure...! I think that is why personaly... People aren't looking for abstract foods, they dont want odd stuff, they want a good meal that they know looks "normal" which is different for everyone 8)reply
