Please stop using undecided as a choice. It's stupid. Back to the question. Not all black people talk like that! Get a grip!

They don't want to be accused of discrimination, and sued, thats how Jackson, and Sharpton make their living, its called extortion, and our Government lets them get away with it.

See, now Lewis I agree with you on... Jack, however, is sometimes able to play it clean: He kept the language pretty tame in 'School of Rock', for instance.

Bill has played it fairly clean most of his career, too, that's a good point... but this question was specifically about Blacks, I thought. Try and stay on-topic here, lb55TBA. ;)

Lol...you know....we could always just go completely off the reservation with posts on a thread like this. Mel & L do it often!

Funny though someone would find a way for us to pay hell if we did! Hummm could part of the point here be Life's just not fair? ;-)

It's much appreciated L; this type of nonsense only pours gasoline to a simmering fire. It's nice to just laugh instead of defending your ethnicity because people can't comprehend individualism.

I can understand the frustration behind the label "racist", but speaking as a black American, and speaking only for myself, not all blacks are as they are as you see them. There are some of us who are disgusted with the N word, some of us who believe in respect for another person ( at least enough not to yell obscenities in public crowds). I was raised to say "yes sir, no sir, yes ma'am, no ma'am." I was taught that the color of my skin, oughtn't be a crutch for ignorance. I try to speak properly, and as I am human, am allowed grammatical errors here and there. When I converse with others, I am asked if I'm from the U.S. simply because of the way I carry myself. I don't live in the best part of town, but it truly isn't by choice. Finances just aren't in place to move, but when we'd first moved, the area was wonderful. I attended Catholic school for8 years of my life and then art schools the remainder. I only have a few friends (primarily because I associate with them comfortably) and of all of them, none are black. I've lived a "priveledged" childhood life and choose to carry on such teaching throughout my adulthood. I can't claim a political movement because I honestly don't understand politics. I vote based on feeling. I would like to believe America is the cultural melting ...

I vote based on feeling. I would like to believe America is the cultural melting pot, and everyone is mature enough to make sound judgment based on character and not skin color, but the truth is, the "white black" motif isn't just here in the U.S. and it isn't just black and white. I'm hoping that you weren't making a grand generalization of the black race (maybe throwing the word "most" before "blacks" or even the comment "blacks that I've seen"). I assure you, not all of us live down to that reputation.

My use of vernacular was always influenced more by Caucasians than others!

Sodahead doesn't recognize Redneck slang; in addition your English skills are atrocious. Try spelling "Recognize," correctly before becoming the false savior of the English word. lol

    spelling

"Sodahead does not recognize Ebonics and stops any attempt to use the language on this site; you’ve to type English to be heard."

SodaHead doesn't want to be perceived as racist, whether the question truly is or not doesn't matter at all. It is political correctness to the extreme, caution not to offend specific groups however others may be insulted without restrictions!
