The biggest hurdle is that two people of the same sex cannot physically have a baby between the two of them without a donor.

NOT Really . . . Try the hurdles that Boat Racers have with Screen-Bottom Boats.

Because whether they like it or not, statistics show that children generally do better with a mother and a father in the home, so people would naturally prefer to place children in a two parent (male and female) household.

Could it be because that mean old God or that irresponsible evolutionary cycle didn't put the necessary PARTS to do BOTH jobs in ONE gender?

All couples face issues, perhaps thinking about the child is a better idea.

Because there's still a bunch of backwards fundies still stuck in the 50's people approving of the prejudiced gay jokes being a good example.

Oh my. You have friends who are gay. Oh, that must mean you are so open minded.

Dude, that's the modern version of "Some of my best friends are black!"

Neither can sterile couples, but that doesn't stop them from adopting.

But a gay couple can not give a child what a man and a woman do collectively. That is a biological fact NOT an opinion. A father brings something to the raising of a child that the mother is incapable of and the mother brings something to the child that the father is incapable of. But you deviant weirdos don't want to acknowledge that!

What are these things that you speak of? Where does it say it's a biological fact?

Go away. You bought that stupid teaching of your sociology professor that made the point that there is no difference between men and women and that we're all the same. That's B.S.. Men and women offer different things to the development of that child. Are you denying that? If so, show me your source.

what you say is true ... what you neglect to mention, in typical amphibian fashion, is the following:

there aren't enough mothers and fathers to go around, and some of the biological parents are monsters who torture and sometimes kill their offspring

gay couples who want kids and who have their best interests at heart would be better parents than some biological parents ... but your view of adoption would deny the kids the chance to be adopted by quality people who would take great care of them ...

But not illegal or perverted for hetero couples to do so.
  • Seiryuu Scott 2012/08/07 17:23:17
    Seiryuu
And what makes it illegal or perverted for homosexual couples?
  • Scott Seiryuu 2012/08/07 17:35:24
    Scott
Technically I guess it's not illegal everywhere. Some states have bought into the gay agenda. But seriously, if you have to ask what's perverted about sticking your (ahem) member up the ass of your boyfriend - I'm afraid I can't help you any further than that.

And that renders your argument moot. Straight couples back then thought it was a way to get around the "no penetrating vagina" rule decades ago.

Like I said, I don't care what hole you stick your junk. Keep you sick lifestyle to yourself. Are you reading what you have written in order to justify yourself? It's so stupid! Please, please go slither away, do your dirty deeds in the shadows where you belong. Normal society doesn't want to hear it, see it, smell it or read about it. Stay away from our kids and stop deluding yourself that your relationship is normal.

    *your

And this is exactly why this world is a bad place: people with your views and conviction.

Stop deluding yourself with the idea that your idea of a family is the only right one. Society these days tends to be more accepting, and a relationship would be quite abnormal. :)

Awh come on Seri, the world isn't a bad place. Is that what you honestly think? The world is a bad place because I don't accept your lifestyle? You are giving way too much power away; and to people you don't know, except for the fact that they disagree with you. That's not healthy Seri.

The LBGT movement has convinced some people to embrace your lifestyle. Some, like myself are not going to change. I wish for your physical, emotional and spiritual health that YOU would change, but I'm going to guess that isn't going to happen either.

So, what are you going to do? Wake up pissed at the world every day because Scott won't accept your lifestyle? Dude / Dudette, it's not worth it.

I wanted to be rich and handsome. All I got was handsome. I've learned to accept it and move on.
