So many polls are started when rumors first hit the tabloids about this famous couple or that one - before any facts are even known. Wild rumors and speculation start flying about, and all of a sudden these idiotic polls start to popping up, make claims and accusations that often are unfounded. Example: Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise divorce. YIKES! We have polls about Tom dumping his wives once they hit 33 years old (even though it wasn't him that filed for divorce from Katie), polls about her being stalked by Scientology - when it shortly was revealed that these were a security team hired by Holmes herself, and other absurd, wild conspiracy theories.
You've seen these types of things happen on SH with the Caylee Anthony trial, Michael Jackson's death, etc. etc.
