Why do lower socioeconomic black people and rappers call other black people "Nigg*r" yet act offended when white people call them the same thing?

Much like friends who call each other s*&^head etc... Walk up to a stranger and have them call you s&*^head and those are fighting words - Buddy calls you that and you laugh. None the less, given the emotional baggage the word carries maybe S*&^nead is a better choice than Nigg*r and I'm sure many members of the AA Community have and are realizing that.reply - H H 2012/04/17 01:42:40It's because it's all about pushing Whites around.
