It's 4:30am here. And I have not gone to sleep yet. This is normal for me. I seem to be quite nocturnal.

Its okay, Im use to it just sucks that it had to happen to day, my sons got an appointment at 10:30 so its going to be a long day.

I've tried everything that I could find to stay away from all the crap they want to load me up with. Hot showers usually help some but not when its this bad, pain killers don't work when its this bad. They just knock me out.

that is ok, what I am talking about here is all natural and is applyed externaly too in this case mind yuo it is strong like deep heatso it may be nasty too.
