Disgusting and inappropriate. Would it be okay for men to chase women around with erections next? Or public sex? That's what it would lead to. You have to consider the worst element of society when making these type of decisions.

One, if not most , trelevant question I have seen thus far in SH.
The more we tabu our reproductive organs, the less we evolve.
Clothing should has never been"invented". Had we been "au naturel" since the 1850's, we already would have sent a crew to where the Voyager II is now; 24 light hours away from Earth, leaving the Heliopause and getting into real deep space.

Backward laws? How about backward answers? I know. And my answer in no. It should not be legal. I can think of all too many reasons. Mainly...there are certain things I just don't want to see, and there are a lot of people I sure as hell don't wanna see naked.

If our governments were abiding by the Constitution there would be private people doing what they want on their own land and others ignoring it living their own lives on their own property. Ben Franklin sat and walked his own property in his birthday suit many an afternoon and only the most ignorant and uptight busybody putts thought it a problem.

I would agree that one should be allowed to do such a thing on their own private property if they wish, it IS private property afterall. However we're talking about nudity in public here.

The collective "Public" is considered wherever the meddling tenicles have reached today. What does fundamental individual freedom and privacy really mean in a society where public roads, networks and or drones have a right to spy on and mob judge your "property" 24/7.

I don't think for an evil person, will make any difference, nude or not. I remember from my anthropology class, that rape is almost unheard of in primitive societies where clothing isn't worn. It could be argued that clothing tempts rapists.

I see and hear things every where, including toy stores, preschools and the supermarket that are a heck of a lot more vulgar, vile and disgusting than a human being in their natural state.
