Who else feels that they are going insane?

I listened to this song and it completely related to me and it was about a girl going insane. Anyone else feel as if they are losing their minds?

I am just a little crazy because it keeps me from going insane, but sometimes it is hard to balance it out

I suppose it could all just be a placebo effect. I just have this crazy energy in my head that hurts so much. It's not like a mind splitting pain like a migraine or anything. It just feels as though my head could explode from this energy. Not to mention the fact that my world feels as though it is in ruins. It's a really long story so I can understand if my sample hasnt made any sense to you

Well you sound stressed, exercise really helps in bringing that down. If you don't like that I suggest going out somewhere and having fun, blow off some steam, that's what I always did. I would go to the lake or beach or just out with some friends.
