"Whiners" are: Extremely insecure, but arrogant people, who have no real personality of their own. Followers of trends and fads. They excel in trapping people and sparking interest, yet fail at retaining it, due to their lack of substance and blatant superficial and ever changing costume. While usually somewhat intelligent, they fail to use it properly, thus WHINE constantly, that the "world" just doesn't "get" them.
