The Abrahamic Religions have, as a group, done the most harm. However, of the three Abrahamic religions, the Catholic Church has the absolutely the worst record of atrocities and crimes against humanity. And they're not done yet.

Prove it! The Catholic church was the first to open schools and hospitals for the poor and the ignorant. No faith has done more for humanity than the Catholic church. More good has come out of this church than no good. Just look at Catholic charities around the world. Then take a look at Islam charities around the world. Where was Islam during earthquakes, hurricanes, any natural disaster? WHERE? It does not exist in this faith. Because it is the will of Allah. Shame be on you for being so inaccurate.

All you have to do is look at the tens of thousands killed in the name of God during the Crusades, thousands killed and tortured during the Inquisition which by the way still exists, the Catholic Church's support for Adolf Hitler and Mussolini, the Churches involvement in the slave trade not to mention the worldwide sexual abuse of probably millions of children all over the world. And that last one isn't over yet.

Totally inaccurate! Because what you believe is just not true. There were about 800 people killed during the inquisition. These executions had more to do with personal reasons of controlling political parties not for the good of the church. You can not judge a religion by it's abuses. One must go to the source. Christ would never have approved these actions. As for the Crusades the Christians & Jews sent an SOS to Rome because the Muslims in Jerusalem had decided to kill everyone who was not a Muslim in the city. Just look at your prophet Mohammed who killed every Jewish male in Medina and enslaved the jewish women there. Mohammed was a liar and murderer a destroyer of life. Now compare him to Gods only begotten Son Jesus Christ. And the gospel of love in the life of Jesus Christ. Not even to mention yet Mohammed 9 year old wife. Talk about sexual abuse just look at Islam. Child brides? Please. What color is the sky in your world. The color of Islam?

Between 1486-1492, 25 auto de fes were held in Toledo, 467 people were burned at the stake and others were imprisoned. The Spanish Inquisition had been set up in part to prevent conversos from engaging in Jewish practices, which, as Christians, they were supposed to have given up. However this remedy for securing the orthodoxy of conversos' religion was eventually deemed inadequate, since the main justification the monarchy gave for formally expelling all Jews from Spain was the "great harm suffered by Christians (i.e. conversos) from the contact, intercourse and communication which they have with the Jews, who always attempt in various ways to seduce faithful Christians from our Holy Catholic Faith".[14] The Alhambra Decree, which ordered the expulsion, was issued in January 1492. The number of Jews who left Spain is not even approximately known. Historians of the period give extremely high figures: Juan de Mariana speaks of 800,000 people, and Don Isaac Abravanel of 300,000. Modern estimates are much lower: Henry Kamen estimates that, of a population of approximately 80,000 Jews, about one half or 40,000 chose emigration.
Torture was also applied without distinction of sex or age, including children and the aged.
The next phase of the Inquisition began around 1531, when Pope Leo X extended the Inquisition to Portugal. Thousands of Jews came to Portugal after the 1492 expulsion. A Spanish style Inquisition was constituted and tribunals were set up in Lisbon and other cities. Among the Jews who died at the hands of the Inquisition were well-known figures of the period such as Isaac de Castro Tartas, Antonio Serrao de Castro and Antonio Jose da Silva. The Inquisition never stopped in Spain and continued until the late 18th century.
By the second half of the 18th century, the Inquisition abated, due to the spread of enlightened ideas and lack of resources. The last auto de fe in Portugal took place on October 27, 1765. Not until 1808, during the brief reign of Joseph Bonaparte, was the Inquisition abolished in Spain. An estimated 31,912 heretics were burned at the stake, 17,659 were burned in effigy and 291,450 made reconciliations in the Spanish Inquisition. In Portugal, about 40,000 cases were tried, although only 1,800 were burned, the rest made penance.
In 1908 Pope Saint Pius X renamed the organisation: it became the "Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office". This in its turn became the "Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith"[9] in 1965, which name continues to this day.

The interesting question is why did so many Jews want to live among Christians in the fist place? Millions of Jews went to live among the French, Germans, English, Dutch and the millions more lived among the Christians of Poland and Russia for centuries.

Why didn't the Jews simply go back to live among the civilized Muslims and go back to Israel? I think we all know the answer to that question.

first you have to realize that Moslems invaded and conquered Spain...then the Spanish got organized and fought back against Muslim oppressors and what kept them going was christianity....it was a civil war, and every civil war has blow-back afterwards....here's a timeline

it took spain almost 800 years to defeat the muslim occupation and the muslims were ruthless in their suppression

After 1492 the Spanish wanted to get rid of enablers, spies, and of course to consolidate control of their country "Spain for Spanish people", they did go to extremes but it was an extremely violent period of time..

You need to look at the TENS OF MILLIONS killed by the British Empire in India and China during the 18th, 19th, and 20th Centuries.. all in the name of the QUEEN OF ENGLAND!!! The Queen of England was the Head of the Anglican Church of England.

The Crusades were a series of defensive wars fought over 100's of years to stop the invasion of Europe by the Muslims.

I think tens of millions is very high, I can't think of any instance where British killed great numbers at any one time....there are instances of hundreds getting killed at a time....never thousands....unless you want to count death tolls in WWI and WWII, and that's not fair because they lost almost a million themselves in WWI, and almost 400,000 in WWII

I specifically had the Opium trade in China and India in mind. I know that millions died due to opium farming (instead of crops) in India and that tens of millions died due to the ravages of opium in China. The Chinese Emperor banned opium because it was destroying China (population 300 million at the time). It was estimated that up to 20% of all Chinese were opium addicts with an average life expectancy of under 5 years!

The Brits didn't care because profits were so good. The Queen sent an Armada up Chinese rivers to blow Chinese peasants to smithereens with shrapnel and chains fired out of cannon into the Chinese crowds. It was Imperial Terrorism on a grand scale. Check it out yourself.

You need to go back and read some actual history.

Germany was 90%+ Christian/Catholic Christian at the time of WWII. It was not atheists manning the gas chambers. It was not atheists being cruel and sadistic to the Jews. It was "CHRISTIANS!" The reason for such a population to be able to do such atrocities. Was they were in the belief Jews killed their fictitious deity.

In Germany during the Nazi era, a 1933 decree stated that "No National Socialist may suffer detriment... on the ground that he does not make any religious profession at all".[64] However, the regime strongly opposed "godless communism",[65][66] and most of Germany's atheist and largely left-wing organizations were banned the same year; some right-wing groups were tolerated by the Nazis until the mid 1930s.[67][68] In a speech made later in 1933, Hitler claimed to have "stamped out" the "atheistic movement".[64] Hitler made a speech during negotiations for the Nazi-Vatican Concordant of 1933, where he argued against secular schools

The line of "anti-Semitic descent" from Luther, the author of On the Jews and Their Lies, to Hitler is "easy to draw." In her The War Against the Jews, 1933-1945, she contends that Luther and Hitler were obsessed by the "demonologized universe" inhabited by Jews. Dawidowicz writes that the similarities between Luther's anti-Jewish writings and modern anti-Semitism are no coincidence, because they derived from a common history of Judenhass, which can be traced to Haman's advice to Ahasuerus.

"The German Christians (Deutsche Christen) constituted the strongest Protestant movement in Germany after the 1932 Church elections, with the aim of synthesising Christianity with the ideology of National Socialism. There were various groups within the German Evangelical Church including the Deutsche Christen and opposition factions that later split under the name Confessing Church. The Deutsche Christen factions were united in the goal of establishing a national socialist Protestantism [28] Deutsche Christen abolished what they considered to be Jewish traditions in Christianity, and some but not all rejected the Old Testament altogether. They rejected academic theology as sterile and not populist enough and were often anti-Catholic. On November 1933, A Protestant mass rally of the Deutsche Christen, which brought together a record 20,000 people, passed three resolutions:

Adolf Hitler is the completion of the Reformation,
Baptized Jews are to be dismissed from the Church
The Old Testament is to be excluded from Sacred Scriptures.[29]

A claim exists that Adolf Hitler converted to Protestantism and joined the German Christians, according to the National Secretary Klundt on April 25, 1933, in Königsberg, Eastern Prussia.[30] An official confirmation or denial was not issued by the Chancellor. But Gerhard Engel, one of Hitler's generals, reported that Hitler had told him: "I am now as before a Catholic and will always remain so" (in an entry in Engel's diary during 1941)"
After Hitler took over and rose to power, party membership was not forbidden anymore and the Catholic Church actively looked for opportunities to work together with the Nazi government. At his trial Franz von Papen said that until 1936 the Catholic Church hoped for a Christian alignment to the beneficial aspects he said they saw in national socialism. (This statement came after Pope Pius XII ended Von Papen's appointment as Papal chamberlain and ambassador to the Holy See, but before his restoration under Pope John XXIII.)

Well Christians believe that God came down to Earth as a man. They further believe that God controls everything. So acting as God the Father, he Killed himself as God the Son, maybe thereby producing God the Holy Ghost. Christians further believe that God the Son's death was the fault of all the Jews ever born, even though they are God's chosen people and were acting under His control. And given the record of the bloodthirsty God of Abraham demanding sacrifices and slaughter for even the tiniest slight to Him who is Love: I'd say that wins the God of the Desert the title as the King of Killing and Prince of Evil.

I don't know if there is a creator god or not -- but I can recognize baloney when I encounter it.
