mmm, didnt read the article, but knowing where those fish are coming into the US these days (China), I'll pass. Their waters are the most polluted in the world, and I feel that eating something that ate in that water is just NASTY. I prefer catching my own, or farm raised. Am I correct? (Will read the article later when I can)

Mmmm...

Tilapia is delicious as well, though they use the fish eat human waste in order to clean rivers and lakes.

It's funny that there has only been one vote for Grouper which was the basis for this poll in the first place. In Florida somewhere, some restaurant owner took Grouper off his menu because there was a huge scandal about people serving Tilapia and Asian Catfish and calling it Grouper. From the results of this poll, it appears to me he should have taken it off the menu because not very many people like it! How funny!

I love just about anything Cajun! I have not had Asian Catfish either...I included it because it was one of the kinds of fish talked about in the story that prompted this poll.

Oh, me too...love lobster, shrimp, crab and scallops...haven't ever tried razor clams! I'm one of those who has these for supper, then can't wait to get up the morning to have the leftovers for breakfast! Nothing better than cold King Crab and coffee sitting on my swing on the patio! Yum!

I just like it pan-fried with lemon -- don't eat it much at restaurants, though, 'cause they always chop off the head, which contains the most succulent little pieces of meat!
