i quit smoking about 5 months ago and i still want one all the time and still get one every now and then. even ex-drug and alcohol additics say they couldn't even quit smoking.

it was surprisingly easy for me to quit, i only smoked 1 or 2 a day anyway at the most 5 or 6, but i did smoke every day for over 2 years. then one day i just stopped enjoying it, i found it disgusting so i stopped doing it. i still crave them when i have a drink but the couple of times i hsave given in and had one i've found it so disgusting and not been able to finish it!!

Thank you very much. I'm grateful to have finally quit -- there was a time when I despaired that I would never be able to. My father died from complications associated with emphysema (he had smoked for over 30 years), and I feared it would kill me too.

orange juice. i call it my blood. if i don't have it for a little while, my body starts shaking. my mini fridge is fulled different orange juice brands. not the caffeinated ones.

Did you manage to cut down at least? Quitting anything full stop is so hard,cutting down can be a little easier, and even if you're still smoking a little it's a lot healthier than smoking a lot =)
