I checked overweight, according to the photo, which means obese. Obesity causes heat problems, breathing problems, diabetes so those things will also kill yah. But, if you smoke and then are thin, but worry about your smoking addiction, that will kill yah fast!

Sometimes I do tend to worry too much, but I'm studying Buddhist philosophy and doing meditation and it's helping with that some I think. I don't smoke and I've lost a lot of weight recently so I'm doing OK in those two areas. I believe that chronic worrying is very harmful to your health. It causes higher levels of stress hormones in the body and that definitely is not good for you.

I worry even when there is nothing to worry about. I am afraid that if I don't worry then something will go wrong. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I want to make everyone happy, so that I can be happy. I wish i knew how to break this cycle.

I'd be hard pressed to figure out which of those three was the biggest contributor to my present health, any one of them and all of them will be a factor in my death, although the overweight part has been since I quit smoking.

My first husband drinks, smokes drugs and is very angry and almost 50, my second died at 40, healthy, had none of the vices and was a good natured person. Actually he was a little over weight and did worry.

No doubt the stress from worry is unhealthy. At the same time many cope with it better. In a sense smoking and being overweight are a form of stress.
