No one form of abuse if lighter than the next, except for maybe child abuse. Children are innocents and when they suffer abuse at a young age it makes their lives so much more difficultreply

My dad hit me pretty bad a few times when I was growing up, but my mom indoctrinated me into fundamentalist Christianity and told me I would go to hell if I ever stopped believing. The indoctrination was worse than being hit by my dad. Much worse.reply
